- The Opportunity
- A good first degree and a Masters degree in Management.
- Formal tertiary teaching qualifications or an aggregate of 12 months tertiary teaching experience
- A good knowledge of Moodle or a similar online learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a team.
The appointee will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses both on campus and through distance and flexible learning mode; participate and contribute to research and publications profile of the school; contribute to administrative functions of the school and to the development of new courses and programmes.
The Person We Seek
Applicants with the following will be considered for the position:
Preference will be given to applicants that demonstrate potential for research and publications; applicants must demonstrate teaching experience in at least three of the following areas: Marketing, International Business, Service Operations, Business Research Methods, Public Sector Management, TQM, Strategic Management, New Venture Creation, E-Commerce and Operations Management.
Remuneration
The position is available for a term of 3 years and may be renewed by mutual agreement
Salary Range: Assistant Lecturer F$54,195- $65,034 per annum
