Exposed in the maintenance of power distribution system.
Should have knowledge about the PLC and its Input Output devices like Proximity switches, Photocells, Limit switch and conveyor safety devices.
Should have knowledge in motor servicing work, like replacing the bearing of the motor.
Should able to maintain the records of Breakdown and Preventive maintenance
May assigned to perform other duties as ordered by his immediate superior

To record and maintain kiln input register kept at the kiln entrance.
Prime responsibility is to ensure all the fired tiles coming out from kiln is loaded properly in cematic boxes during his shift.

- Job Description:
1. Responsible for all civil work activities carried out at Alfanar ceramics.
2. To plan and design civil work project based on factory management requirement by self-using design software and drawing tools and where required to get it done through third parties.
3. Responsible for carrying out negotiations on revision, additions, deletions to contractual agreements with design contractor, construction contractors etc.
4. Preparing Budgets estimates for proposed projects and advice on technical feasibility.
5. Ensuring that all civil works carried out at Alfanar ceramics are as per the approved plan, following construction and government standards.
6. Responsible for directing all civil work activity, site inspection to monitor progress and to apply control where ever required.
7. To update management on all civil work status, progress, constraints etc. on a regular basis.
8. To interpret and explain civil construction plans to subordinates.
9. To manage all civil work repairs.
10. Review and approving of all civil work invoices, job completion certificates etc.
Proper documentation of civil work drawings and reports.

4. The candidate should have experience in handling customer complaints.
5. Graduate in Ceramics/ Science/ Engineering.
