Job Description :
• Ability to draft/vet out various contractual & sub-contractual obligations as per ideal standards
• Ensure and prepare reports as per specified norms. Should have experience in High Rise and 5 star hotels.
• Managing packages within the development.
• Prepare contracts related correspondences for contractors, consultants and Client.
•Managing Executive Cost Consultant and Phase Cost Consultants for changes/Variation Orders review and evaluation, claims and EOT cost and contractual matters
• Review and managing process of bonds, insurances, TOC and DLC
• Conduct commercial/VO meetings with consultants/contractors/Client
• Review and oversee monthly progress payments for Contractors/Consultants prepared by Cost Consultants.
• Change Management reporting.
• Final Accounts.
Highly developed commercial acumen with appropriate QS quantifiable and should have handled large Projects, especially in the Gulf Region with good contractor company experience.
