- Managing local sales and marketing (overall business development) for Cadila brands in Vietnam.
- Overall responsible for Top line and bottom line for the country. 
- Managing local distributor network (channel partners) and improving product wise sales (primary and secondary)using their/own resources.
- Introducing and launching new products (at right price) through intense market research, ahead of competition. 
- Managing all regulatory related matters in the country. Meeting the MOH and organisational timelines for new and re-registrations of dossiers.
- Field work with on regular basis to develop the overall market.
- Managing local expenses and representative office related admin/statutory/legal matters. 
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Inventory management for un-interrupted secondary sales.
- Managing sales team and getting desired outcome from them.
- To conduct CMEs/ GDMs/ marketing activities under the approved budget limits and getting maximum ROI.
- Keeping a track with changing business environment in the country and moving accordingly.
