Location - Dubai (UAE)

Gender - MALE

Language Known - English and Hindi

Experience - min 2 yrs,

key Skills Required
Good English communication,
Handled inbound and outbound process. (No Targets)
The candidates need to handle inbound orders and queries and outbound service calls, surveys and feedbacks.

Salary - 2250 Dhirum + 750 Dhiram (HRA + Transportation).

Total Package - 3000 Dhiram.

Other Information s:
Passport need to have 3 yrs validity.
 Visa will be provided by the company.
 Joining  air ticket by candidate
 Yearly leave with pay(basic)
 Air ticket AED. 1500/- yearly

SELECTION CRITERIA:
1) Apply with your updated cv.
2) Shortlisted Candidates needs to sit for interview, conducted over Skype.
2) If Selected, the candidate need to send his scanned copy of Medical Certificate within 5 days, the Medical examination should include Hepatitis, Tuberculosis, HIV
3) HR round.
4) Processing Offer Letter.
5) Documents needed for Visa Processing.
6) Visa Provided by the company.

Terms & Conditions:
1. All correspondences between the Candidate/Applicant should not be disclosed to anyone except the authorized representative of the Group. No Company information of either or of the Group or Modak Marketing Company should be shared to anyone.
2. All interviews will be conducted through Skype from the Head Office in Dubai, UAE, by their Authorized Representatives & Modak Marketing Company will have no role to play in the interview process.
3. All contracts have a validity of 2 (two) years and are renewable as per terms & conditions of the hiring company.
4. Visa processing is the responsibility of the company and all other expenses excluding Air Travel/Fare to UAE.
5. Candidate/Applicant can be placed in/ transferred to any location within the UAE where the company has outlets.
6. All Candidate/Applicant have to abide by all rules & regulation of the Company and the Laws of the land has to be followed and any violation of Laws of UAE will not be a responsibility of neither Al Bayan Group nor Modak.
7. The Candidate/Applicant is liable to pay Modak a sum equivalent to 2 month's (Negotiable) salary of AED converted to INR on completion of selection process and receipt of Offer Letter for processing of visa, various correspondences and other work related documents/clearances etc.
8. If the visa could not be processed for some unforeseen reasons only 95% of the amount will be refunded to the Candidate/Applicant, where in the visa is not rejected for any fault of the Candidate/Applicant for e.g. providing false documents/papers, hiding information, misleading information etc. If the visa is rejected for any fault of the Candidate/Applicant as mentioned above only 50% of the Processing fees will be refunded.
9. All Candidate/Applicant should have a clean record and should not have any criminal case registered or pending or sentenced against.
10. The Candidate/Applicant has to be willing to sign a NON-DISCLOSURE and NON-COMPETENT Agreement where in the Candidate/Applicant shall not disclose information regarding the companies and will not try to be a competitor of any of the companies .
