1. To be responsible for the New Business Development, M&A & acquisition integration activities of Group.
2. To identify business opportunities for the group to venture in to completely new or related businesses.
3. To identify opportunities and means to take the group’s activities to other GCC and MEA countries through strategic alliances and JVs.
4. To formulate strategies and means to expand the existing operations.
5. To direct major projects from original concept through implementation
6. To handle large scale expansions projects for the current operations.
Requirements :
1. Techno Commercial degree (CMA / CIMA / ICWA) or Management Graduate (MBA)
2. 15-20 Years’ experience in Business Development in large organizations (GCC experience is preferable).
3. Analytical skills.
4. Self-Driven and a decision maker.
5. Exposure to various industries and markets.
6. Knowledge of best practices and Industry standards.
7. Researching & Negotiation Skills.
We are looking for Highly versatile and result oriented senior management executive with 15-20 years of diverse & cross functional experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Operations rollout activities.
