Instrumentation Technician
Qualification: Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation Engg. With min 5 Years or ITI with min.7 Years experience in Maintenance of Petrochemical /Fertilizer/Refinery or Oil &Gas Industries. Middle East and Plant Shutdown Experience preferred.
- Excellent experience in Troubleshooting and Repairs to Plant Instrumentation which include but not limited to Pressure transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Displacer type level transmitters including interface level applications, Differential pressure type level transmitters, Pressure switches, temperature switches and float/displacer type level switches, Pneumatic controllers, thermocouples & RTDS and local gauges.
- Excellent Experience in Repairs/calibration of various control valves, actuators and measurement devices.
- Record and report equipment problems/calibrations, repair records and Loop Checking Records.
- Installation of Field Instruments and function & Loop testing.
- Excellent expertise in Handling, Testing & Calibration equipments such as but not limited to Multimeters, Current sources/Simulators, Decade box temp. Dry blocks, Multifunction Calibrators, HART Communicators etc.
- Basic knowledge to correctly interrupt the datasheets and P&ID drawings
Electric Technician
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engg. With min 5 Years or ITI with min.7 Years’ experience in Maintenance of Petrochemical /Fertilizer/Refinery or Oil &Gas Industries. Middle East and Plant Shutdown Experience preferred
- Excellent experience in Troubleshooting and Repairs to Plant Electrical Equipments which include but not limited to Control and Protection Relays,Switchgears,Transformer Maintenance,MCC ,Control and Protection Panels,MCCB, MCBS and RELAYS inspection,Motors terminal cleaning and bearing greasing,Repair of Electrical Motors etc. .
- Should have the knowledge of lock out and tag out mainly for shutdowns.
- Must be familiar with mechanical, electrical, and electronic safety guidelines and regulations.
- Must know and be able to properly use a wide variety of hand tools and power equipment.
- Must be able to read electrical and electronic schematics and single line drawings, panel internal drawings and P& ID’S.
- Maintains proper safety & security standards relating Plant Electricals
Millwright Technician
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engg with min 5 years exp or ITI with min 7 years Exp for Rotating Equipment Maintenance in Petrochemical /Fertilizer/Refinery or Oil &Gas Industries. Middle East and Plant Shutdown Experience preferred
- Excellent Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience in Plant rotating equipment’s like Pump, Compressors, Turbines and other Turbo Machinery.
- Hands on experience in Replace defective parts of machines or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts, Align machines and equipment’s using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers and plumb bobs.
- Laser Alignment Experience is a must.
- Connect power units to machines or steam piping to equipment and test unit to evaluate its mechanical operation.
- Repair and lubricate machines and equipment’s.
- Position steel beams to support bed plates of machines and equipment’s using blue prints and schematic drawings to determine the work processers.
- Level bed plate and establish centerline using straight edge, levels and transit.
- Dismantle machines using hammers, wrenches, crowbars and other hand tools.
- Inspection of bearings, seals, governing valves, couplings for rotating equipment’s like pumps, compressors, fans , turbines and motors ,gear boxes and couplings
- Luboil filter replacement, TTV function checks and OST TEST
