JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The primary objective of the role is to design and delivery training/learning and engagement facilities across A. A. Al Moosa Enterprises and its group companies while at all times being responsible for providing pre and post support for these functionalities in order to facilitate the translation of learning into tangible improvement of job skills and competencies. Work closely with the entire HR team, group wide and be responsible for tasks, including but not limited to, the following: 

 Understand and execute the Group HR talent management strategy in an intelligent, practical and cooperative manner across the business units with continual support and guidance from the Group HR team. 

 Work in coordination with the Group HR policies, procedures and processes to serve as the primary point of contact for learning and engagement needs. 

 Participate in devising a training and engagement strategy for the organization in coordination with the GHRM.

 Conduct training needs analysis exercises and employee engagement surveys on an annual basis to record benchmarks for both functionalities. 

 Designing, developing and facilitating training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs within the scope of soft skills, motivation, sales skills and overall personality development. 

 Liaise and negotiate with external vendors for technical skills related learning programs in accordance to the need of individual business units.

 Develop tangible testing and evaluation procedures to leverage the impact of training.

 Ensure that all training programs result in quantifiable business improvement.

 Ensure individual development plans are followed-up and appropriate individual performance assessment is created against such. 

 Prepare all collaterals related to the design and delivery of the learning and engagement programs.  Develop and deliver effective induction and socialization programs in coordination with the group HR team(s). 

 Lead team building, motivational and other employee engagement initiatives, sessions and activities and work in coordination with the business unit HR team(s) for their execution. 

 Provide appropriate training to frontline managers for various functionalities within the HR scope of work as and when required.

7. Desired Skills & Experience: 

 Must have at least 5-8 years of experience as an in-house trainer, preferably in a group of companies, covering similar industries. 

 Have excellent communication and high level of people skills. 

 Excellent presentation skills. 

 An absolute go getter with an ability to work seamlessly in a team.
