(a) Main _ Gather, Analyze and Prepare Manpower Forecast, update and advise on the requirement, surplus, various scenarios both MRP based and on-field status. Prepare trade gap analysis and advise for further action and support MPS, PMPD and Construction Departments.
(b) Others Gather, Analyze, Prepare pertinent datas and Support Estimating Department in preparation of bid requirement e.g manpower reference data, forecast, scenarios, key staff, availability, etc.
