Configuring and Troubleshooting Cisco Networking Devices:
a.) Configuration and maintenance of Cisco 4507 Core switches in a high availability mode.
b.) Configuration and maintenance of Cisco Edge Switches (Access Switches).
c.) Creating VLANs as per the requirement.
d.) Monitoring of the Cisco switches for any bottle necks, poor performance or hardware failure.
e.) Tweaking of Cisco switches for optimal Network performance.
f.) Troubleshooting network related problems.
g.) Onsite 8X5 Hours support
Cisco ASA Firewall.
Configuring Cisco ASA Firewalls:
a.) Configuring and maintaining Cisco ASA security devices in HA (High Availability) mode.
b.) Configuring and troubleshooting site to site VPNs as and when required.
c.) Configuring and maintaining Remote Access VPNs.
d.) Configuring and maintaining Remote Access VPN profiles and policies.
e.) Creating rules & access policies on the Firewalls.
f.) Troubleshoot any problems with regard to access permissions to the users to the corporate network resources via Cisco Firewall.
Cyberoam Firewall
Configuring Cyberoam Firewall:
a.) Configuring and maintaining Cyberoam Firewall.
b.) Generating Reports on the usage of the Internet.
c.) Monitoring the network for any possible attacks:
- IPS Attacks.
- DDos Attacks.
- Bot net Attacks.
- SSL Attacks.
Windows 2008/2013 Server
- Configuring Windows Servers:
a.) Configuring Windows Servers.
b.) Maintain the Active Directory Schema.
c.) Maintain and create users in the AD.
d.) Creating GPOs & pushing the GPOs to the clients.
e.) Managing Windows patches, updates using WSUS service.
Symantec Backup Exec 3600
- Configuring, Monitoring and Maintaining Symantec Backup Exec
a.) Configuring Symantec Backup Exec.
b.) Configuring all the Backups of Servers to ensuring that the data is backed up on a regular basis.
c.) Recover the Data in case of Server failure.
Symantec AntiViurus
- Configuring and monitoring the Symantec Antivirus End Point protection on the Servers and the clients.
- Ensuring that latest patches are downloaded by the Symantec Server and that the patches are installed and
pushed to the clients.
- Monitor for any viruses, malwares and ensure they are cleaned by the Symantec AV software.
