The Production Area Coordinator will be directly responsible to the Production Manager for scheduling and coordinating the communications and day-to-day workings of the production area, ensuring coordination between maintenance, production, process and quality.
Based in the Al Safwa Cement plant located 140kms from Jeddah, the Production Area Coordinator will be responsible for defining the operating target of his area in coordination with the production, process and maintenance managers.
In addition, he will be responsible for preparing the yearly overhaul, and weekly maintenance in coordination with the method team.
In order to be considered, relevant experience from the cement industry is essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is a plus
- Cement plant experience (process and production)
- Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Internet Explorer, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate with multiple parties within a multicultural environment regarding multiple projects in a clear and effective way.
- Strong experience in field leadership, leading a meeting on group projects and dealing with contractors in the field.
