This position is located in Riyadh.
 

The Regional Head has overall responsibility for:
The implementation and growth of the business in KSA, through the design, development and implementation of business development strategies that enable our Technologies to meet (and exceed) its business objectives.
Submission of successful bids on contract requests for quotations/proposals
Leading, managing and developing the Business Development team in their assigned region(s), including support to identify appropriate company Solutions and Services to offer, approach and presentation to clients culminating in measureable sales opportunities against or exceeding individual and team targets.

Identification of necessary permits, approvals and licenses to allow us to locally register and operate in the region and set up the KSA office accordingly, including all appropriate support functions.
The incumbent will also take an active role in the contribution to the overall strategic direction of the business in support of the Global Head of Sales.

Business Development

Develop the company Business Development (BD) strategy, in line with short, medium and longer term organisational objectives

After approval, deliver BD strategy within allocated budget, registering as necessary with potential clients


Maintain an effective pipeline of potential contracts through research on websites and publications, representing company through attendance (within budget) at Industry Days, Trade Shows, etc. This should include as a minimum a targeted list of companies and clients within a protected geographic territory.

Implement a top-down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs and Owners to convert prospects into clients and develop relationships with C-level executives.

Recommend to our Senior Management which contracts to pursue.

This is a senior BD position and will be responsible for development of ISYX solutions business in the KSA region.

We are looking for a Person with 15-20 Years exp with at least 5 years in a BD role in KSA and familiar with the commercial and business process in KSA.

Strategy/scope of role:

Implement and manage the business start-up, development and growth within the region including all necessary licenses and permits to operate.

Ensure changes in market situation & legislative requirements are monitored & highlighted, recommending and / or implementing necessary actions to meet changing circumstances as required.

Manage the Sales strategic planning activity, ensuring it is reactive to change factors internally and externally.

Provide strong team leadership, ensuring the highest levels of operating excellence and client liaison are maintained and team members are developed across all functions.

Select, train and develop team members, ensuring the necessary calibre to meet the current and evolving needs of the department.

Minimum Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge:
At least 15 years of professional experience, with five or more years managing Commercial, Business Development, Contract Management and Operations within KSA.
Business to business sales experience with proven proficiency in sales, prospecting and territory management
Experienced in handling minimum annual sales target of $20 25m.

Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal.
