The candidates must have successful experience of selling high value IT Mobile Application Solutions, Software or consultancy services into the Government, Corporate and BFSI sectors. He should be ready to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Dubai, UAE

    The Role:
    As a Program Manager Mobility Solutions, he will be responsible for achieving the business objectives of the company for Mobility Solutions in his defined region of operations. This will include but not limited to the following:

    - The position will report to the Head of Mobility practice.
    - Understand the product and services portfolio of the client for mobility Solutions. This will involve continuous learning of the product features, and competitive products and attain the required certifications .
    - Understand the business and technology requirements of the region and provide the most optimum solution to meet the customer requirements. This will include cold calling, prospecting of new and existing clients to generate the demand. Represent client in government tenders, Industry conferences and exhibitions.
    - Engage with customers at all levels ( including CXOs) to steer the sales cycle for a favorable result. This will involve making presentations, making competitive proposals, competition analysis, help conduct product demonstrations, customer references, negotiations and sales contracts.
    - Work along with the Sales account management team, Presales Team, Project Delivery team to complete the clients' assignment successfully.
    - Contribute pro-actively, any suggestions to develop best practices and tools for sales execution in consultation with the head of Sales and head of Mobility practice.
    - Interact with the principals partners and presales for pricing of Product licenses, Service costing .
    - Report on periodic basis on the performance targets to forecast predictability of business to clients management and Principal partners.
    - Continuously manage a healthy pipeline with direct accounts as well as through the sales account management team.
    - Provide support to sales team in qualification of leads, and closure of orders. This will also involve enabling sales team with the latest product features, and use cases for making the mobility program successful
      Candidates will ideally have a proven track record of sales and new business development for Mobility App development
      - Candidate should be very familiar with Software licenses sales methods, should be able to demonstrate management and achievement of quarterly basis sales targets.
      - Candidate should be very family with Software Development process and should be able to demonstrate management and achievement of Targets for software services/ projects
      - Complete domain understanding of Mobility Industry. Should have been exposed in his prior work in the areas of MADP and EMM. Should have dealt with sales of any of the leading platforms. 
      - Applicants will be presentable, articulate, numerate and experienced at understanding clients' needs and interpreting their requirements to the wider business.
      - Candidates will be energetic, self-starting and able to demonstrate past successes as well as initiative and creative thinking to achieve both client and business objectives.
      - Applicants can effectively interpret and adapt to achieving company and team objectives as well as fulfilling individual targets.

      Minimum requirements
      - Bachelors degree or equivalent with minimum of 5 to 10 years of sales experience and 1-2 years of Mobility Sales experience
      - Must have experience in a Business Development role
      - Ability to deal with Sr. Management of Clients
      - Extensive knowledge of IT industry. Regional Knowledge of UAE or Saudi Markets will be an advantage.
      - Excellent bid-management skills, Communication Skills and should be capable of preparing proposal documents on his own
