Position: Senior Account Manager – Networks & Datacenter Division.

Job Summary:
Responsible for generating new account sales activities and relationships for the purpose of delivering technology hardware, software and services to targeted accounts or market segments. Responsibilities also include presenting the company's products and services, establishing pricing, negotiating terms & conditions and conducting aggressive account development. This position is also responsible for maintaining awareness of competitive activity and product and industry knowledge. 

Role & Responsibilities: 
The position requires developing and executing sales strategies for the entire Cisco portfolio. 
Responsible for developing and executing a strategy for the entire Cisco portfolio, including channel partner development. 
The position will also be responsible for driving incremental business while maintaining and growing existing Cisco business. 
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

Minimum Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Candidate must have demonstrated experience in building executive relationships with multiple named accounts. Must develop and execute annual plan for named account in line with company strategy. Candidate must demonstrate ability to sell within traditional IT hierarchy as well as non-IT business units. Business forecasting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, and pipeline development) required. Work with engineering team in creating integrated solutions that address complex problems with focus on the Cisco value proposition. Must be able to engage and manage cross-functional/virtual resources as part of extended team. Outstanding presentation skills required. Must have demonstrated negotiation skills, be a self-starter, and a strong closer. Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles is preferred.
