1. To plan and implement aggressive sales & marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the profit centre in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment. The job entails leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, building customers relationship and seeking business development opportunities for both retail and institutional customers.
    2. Plan implement aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales, market share and profitability objectives of the division.
    3. Maintaining relation with key customers, implementing innovative promotional campaigns, exploring growth opportunities, credit control, dealer management , training and motivating a team of highly competent sales/marketing professionals also from part of the key responsibilities.
    4. The candidate should hold, around 10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing of tyres.
    5. The ideal candidate should be currently heading the tyre business at the national /regional level with focus on passenger car/truck replacement market and managing a large team of professionals.
    6. Implanting innovative promotional campaigns, organizing customer meets/events and training will from essential ingredients of the responsibility.
    7. Proven track record and strong analytical , communication, inter-personal skills are essential requirements.
    8. Experience in tyre industry is a must.
    9. Spearheading a team of members for developing new market and managing exiting distributor network.
    10. Administering sales & marketing and business development for the assigned territory.
    11. Accountable for travelling to areas for meeting the existing distributors and discussing present/future business strategies.
    12. Appointing new distributors In untapped markets and maintaining relationship with current distributors.
    13. Steering market development activities for creating awareness and brand building initiatives.
    14. To manage all brand communication activities-planning, deising & implementing brand promotion strategy.
    15. Responsible for the visibility of the brand at the retail level.
    16. Market research and competitor analysis.
    17. Supervise a team of sales associates and allocate sales targets to them.
    18. Monitoring and controlling the spending of resource efforts in sales as well as pre-sales.
    19. Handling business planning operations & analysis for assessment of revenue potential.
    20. Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish the assigned task.
    21. Formulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplored market segments for business expansion.
    22. Exploring new business opportunities in various segments along with concerned branches.
    23. Developing relation with key decision makers in target organization for business development.

    Candidate must have valid passport in hand 

    Experience: 10-15 years in sales & marketing of which at least 5 years in a senior position with independent handling of profile centre in a reputed organization , leading a large team
