The job holder will drive Sand’s sales and business development through Sales planning, execution and Account management activities to improve short and long term sales and market share growth. Responsible for achieving business objectives (Sales, Account receivables management, market-share growth and new customer addition)

Brand Management - To achieve monthly sales targets by Category in Value and Volume 
Implement annual Business Development Agreements 
Plan/execute the brand activations for the customers in coordination with respective buying teams
Floor visits as per set route plan to control the visibility, availability, pricing, promotions.
Achieve perfect store compliance as per visual merchandising standards 
Make sure of the Order Process Cycle LPO Collection ( Regional or Branch / Warehouse) to Delivery in coordination with Supply Chain 
Control of the credit notes and payment collection. 
Ensure Customer outstanding in well within agreed credit terms by carrying out monthly account reconciliation with Finance teams 
Ensure Innovation Speed to Market

Account Management- Engage buyers on monthly sales plan through demand forecast, sales planning, merchandise management and executing sellout drivers in store to achieve plan and build trust with buyers

Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role , must have worked for Cookware Products Company handling key account sales.
Must have had prior experience handling cookware category – Nonstick fry pans, bundle sets, kitchen accessories, etc
