Shift Engineer for Tanzania

Job purpose:
To control shift independently, overall production, maintenance, quality and safety of the plant and people.
Duties and responsibilities
To see all the employee coming on time and recording their presence. 
To oversee the production going on smoothly. 
To see the quality of product is as per the required specification. 
To see the wastage is less or at par with the standard.
To see safety aspect of the plant is maintained. 
To see ISO system is in place and maintained.
To see tooling change is done on time as per instruction of his superior. 
To see housekeeping of the plant and maintain good housekeeping and GMP.  

Qualifications
CIPET engineer or Mechanical engineer 
Qualifications include:
Graduate or Under graduate 
Specialized knowledge Experience in plastic pipe industry (20-630mm) in manufacturing filed specially in production
Skills- Identify the machine and product problem and short out 
Abilities- self-starter and handle the shift independently 
Experience- 4-5 years in HDPE and PVC pipe manufacturing unit 

Working conditions
He has to work in factory at ground level, there should not be any allergy from any kind of chemical or infection.
Physical requirements
Should be 100% fit 

Candidate Should be B.E. Mechanical/Electrical or Diploma in Plastic Technology CIPET with 4 to 5 years experience in PVC & HDPE Plastic pipe manufacturing unit paint manufacturing industry as Shift supervisor or Engineer. Good communication skill in speaking & writing in English is must. Computer proficiency with knowledge of excel, word and PPT. A go-getter. Sincere, hard working, Trust worthy to maintain confidentiality and Honest. Able to take pressure and speediness in achieving goals.
