Indo- Chinese/ Oriental Specialist Chef
    Responsibilities:- 
    • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
    • Managing and training any demi-chef de parties working with you
    • Helping the head chef to develop new dishes and menus
    • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
    • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
      Skills
    • Must have high levels of expertise with a minimum of 5 years experience in Indo -Chinese Oriental fine dining cuisine
    • Full operational knowledge of all fusion Indo-Chinese/Oriental recipes, sauces, standards, portion sizes and presentation style of dishes. Ensure food prepared is of highest possible standards. Assist the Head Chef in providing innovative and artistically superior food dishes
    • A cool head
    • An ability to delegate appropriately
    • Organisational flair
    • A grasp of profit margins
    • Must have good communication and written skills, especially in English

  • Indian Sous Chef

    • Run our kitchen, managing day-day needs efficiently, adhering to company and statutory regulation pertaining to health, safety and hygiene standards
    • Stock Management
    • Check that all food safety regulations and procedures are fully complied with.
    • To carry out month-end food stock taking.
    • Efficient Time management
    • Abide by companies policies and support Head Chef
    • Should maintain awareness of food cost, ensure minimum spoilage and wastage at all times
    • Assist Head Chef impart training to all staff members in kitchen and encourage them to follow the company rules.

  • Skills:
    • Self motivated and hard working
    • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills
    • Must have good communication and written skills
    • Must have extensive experience in the role. (5 years plus)

    Salary: Competitive depending on experience
