To ensure effective monitoring of Tool room activities.
To efficiently carry out maintenance of equipment and tools as per schedule or if under breakdown.
To upgrade the technical skills of operators and technicians though continuous training.
To suggest, implement quality and productivity improvements in production, tools and machines.
To monitor the equipment and tools at regular intervals and conduct preventive maintenance and maintain the history card for the same.
To establish the process in development of new tools and new machines if necessary.
To formulate and carry out preventive maintenance plan for all machines, tools, cutting dies and molding dies and ensure minimum downtime due to breakdowns.
To study and reduce tool change overtime an facilitate mould changing.
Bachelor/Diploma in Plastic Technology, Mechanical Engineering
Ability to work independently and in a team
At least 5-10 years experience in similar field of manufacturing/plastic section
Good in English Communication,organizing skills and reporting
