HSE Managers for Qatar

Role & responsibilities

• Bachelors degree in Safety and Quality Management or any other related discipline. Masters degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in environmental, safety or health fields, of which 5 years in GCC in Oil &Gas project.
• About 5 to 8 years of managerial experience.
• HSE Qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures, Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
• Good public speaking and Leader ship skills, Proficient in all Microsoft Applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills &Good organization skills.
• Create Safety Strategies to promote a safe and caring behavior mind set.
• Reviews and approves Safe methods of work for the project regarding HSE input
• Create and maintain proper system for investigation, reporting & estimation of the cost of injury, property damage & fire loss etc.
• Knowledge of HSE management and systems.
• Implement new Emergency Response Procedures for all job sites
• Responsible for completing daily, weekly and monthly job observation reports
• Responsible for conducting Quality Control inspections at company job site
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas FEED, EPC and EPCM contracts and strategies
• Experience in Risk Assessments and Incident Investigation a must.
• Very good English communication skills.
