Experience: 1 - 2 yrs.

• Preparing Recruitment planner
• Receiving the approved manpower request
• Collection of CV’s – database, advertisement, internal notice etc.
• Preliminary Screening
• Forwarding the CV’s to the concerned department
• Arrange interview for the candidates who are shortlisted
• Arrange the session with HR Manager and the candidate
• Issuing offer letter and ensure to receive it back after acknowledging
• Collecting the required documents from the candidate for visa processing
• Make payment request for visa processing
• Collecting the money and handing it over to PRO along with the docs.
• Receiving the bills from PRO and settling it with the Accounts
• Sending Visa to the employee and ensuring the date of arrival
• Informing the department about the arrival of the employee
• Make necessary arrangements for the new joinee
• Ensuring the pick up facility is arranged for the newly joined employee
• Employee induction program
• Ensuring Medical Insurance, Emirates ID and Bank A/C is opened on time.
• Handing over the employee to the respective department.
• Visa renewal procedures of employees shall done on time.
• Proper approval procedures have to follow before doing renewal.
• Consent of employee shall be taken before doing procedures.
• Ensure EID and labour cards are issued after renewal
• Leave planner preparation
• Maintaining the leave record
• Updating the concerned department of any over stay on leave.
• If any sick leave, obtain the medical documents to support.
• Preparing the leave settlement and submit to accounts.
• Employees files shall kept properly with all necessary docs.
• Any updates, shall be done in the employee file.
• Manpower status shall be always updated.
