- Good knowledge of Pickling plant (for Hot Rolled Coils), Acid Regeneration Plant.
Manage the round the clock production for HR Pickling plant, and Acid Regeneration Plant
- Operation and maintenance related activities such as:
1. Operate the plant in shift independently to get the best output with the designed capacity of the pickling plant & ARP Plant
2. Have to manage the quality aspects and also maintain the plant consumption within the norms.
3. Have to do/attend the breakdown and shutdown in the pickling plant & ARP Plant
4. Have to co-ordinate with Production Planning & Control department on daily basis for the updated production in the plant.
5. Should have the knowledge computers such as word, excel and power point.
6. Maintaining the all critical process parameters like temperatures, pressures and levels within the limit for safe operation of plant.
Have good knowledge of maintenance of Pickling Plant & ARP Equipments.
Hr Slitting line and ETPs are part of the auxiliaries of Pickling & ARP Plant
Have to manage the man power in the respective area.
- Candidate Should be BE in Electrical with 8 to 10 years experience in steel industry specially in Hot Rolled Coils Pickling plant, Acid Regeneration Plant, Slitting line and ETP. Good in operation, planning and maintenance of plant. Good communication skill in speaking & writing in English is must. Computer proficiency with knowledge of excel and PPT. A go-getter. Sincere, hard working and Honest. Able to take pressure and speediness in achieving production targets.
