Road Safety Advisor Shall be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the Road Safety Plan and procedures on site in line with the Project/Client . The RSA shall report to the Company's Project Manager in respect of all HSE matters in addition to Project HSE Manager. This shall include arranging all necessary vehicle inspection ;
- on spot vehicle checking ;
- raising RFI for vehicle inspection ;
- conducting Road Safety Audits ;
- generating IVMS reports ; conducting awareness session for drivers /operators at the site.
- Online monitoring of the IVMS of all contractor and sub contractor vehicles ;
- making and submitting the IVMS reports to the client; investigating all road and vehicle accident related to the project vehicles ; cascading the information down to all levels.
- Journey management establishment and implementation
- Define drivers meeting schedule ( monthly and quarterly )
- Share the IVMS & RAG reports on Weekly Basis with all drivers and operators of the project.\\
- All vehicles must be subjected to regular safety checks
- Ensure Monthly inspection/maintenance schedule is completed by Workshop Supervisor
- Maintain the list of all drivers, their driving license copies and certificate copies
- Develop and maintain driver training matrix
- Maintain the client medical fitness records of all drivers
- Provide drivers who transport hazardous materials
- Implement driver incentive scheme
- Road Safety Advisor shall cover road safety rfequirements for visitors during the Induction Program
3 – 5 years oil & Gas experience
Certification : UAE Driving license ; ADSD (ADCO document for safe driving)
