- Assign teams for day to day activities as per job requirements
- Prepare & maintain the production schedules & ensure the execution of production schedules as assigned
- Ensure the jobs are done in assigned / set time.
- Record & maintain the production hours record on daily basis
- Update superiors about the day to day progress & problems faced during production stage
- Ensure that all Quality & other related procedures are being followed during production stage
- Take necessary actions to close the NCRs & coordinate with concerned departments for corrective & preventive measures
