Duties and Responsibilities: 

    Proactively identify, isolate, and resolve all network related issues before it happens.
    Work with other business units and tiers to resolve all issues.
    Incidents response management and detail information gathering for all issues.
    Deploy firewall configuration after hours 11pm 3 am PST.
    Work with engineers and vendors on after hours network changes, maintenance, and upgrades.
    Provide day-to-day support of the LAN, WAN, and WLAN network
    Manage and maintain Nagios Monitoring Systems and alerting.
    Fault handling and escalation.
    Maintain detail diagrams and documentation, including asset tracking and inventory.
    Provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring and graphing for colocation, leased lines, and other network services). 
    Maintenance of WIKI (JIRA) and technical documentation processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.

    Experience:
    Configure Nagios to monitor network related service checks, including packet loss, errors, bandwidth utilization, resource monitoring (cpu, mem, etc)
    Troubleshooting all WAN connectivity, including T1, Metro Ethernet, Broadband.
    Understanding Layer1, Inside Wiring troubleshooting.
    Business Analyst experience EXTREMELY helpful
    Aruba and/or Cisco Wireless Experience a big plug.
    Retail environment support extremely helpful
    Knowledge of Fortinet Firewall extremely helpful
    Experience with VPN technologies (both IPSec and SSL)
    Basic understanding of routing, OSPF and BGP.
    Detailed troubleshooting and ticket documentation.
    Diagram experience using visio.
