- Review production overhead and analyze variance to ensure the accuracy of product costing. Periodically review and update the existing costing.
Assist in month-end stock take, closing, variance and product profitability analysis.
To prepare a product costing for the quotation of new products & tenders
Support the development of standard costing rates, inventory costing and performance of annual cost including fixed and variable spending analysis.
To prepare monthly price list & resolve pricing issues
Work with finance department to implement and apply cost accounting policies and procedures.
Recommend and implement improvements to costing process.
Work closely with production, planning, NPI, operations and sales departments to review, resolve costing and inventory challenges.
Assist in other ad-hoc projects and perform cost accounting related duties.
