Qualification : Any Graduate or MBA Finance
1.Min 7+Yrs of exp in investment analysis in Real Estate industry
2.Conducts research to gather information in support of corporate credit and investment related risk analysis.
3.Involves developing and interacting with multiple external sources and contracts at all levels to discuss and extract information.
4.Performs analysis to identify risks and opportunities and generate critical information in support of short and long term investment strategies, planning and decisions.
5.Involves developing models, performing quantitative/qualitative analysis, documenting findings, and preparing recommendations in reports and presentations.
6.Participates in evaluating changes in the economic, legislative or business environment, which are likely to have an impact on investment strategy.
7.Presents results of research, analysis and evaluations to management, providing explanations, rationale, and recommendations.
8.Researches best practice and recommends appropriate application in the development of procedures, policies and standards for the department.
9.Attend Annual General Meetings for the investment Companies and submit report
10.where necessary conduct site visit – to assess the developments on ground
11.Prepare Presentations in English and Arabic on investments
12.Review the Investment impairment every quarter And submit impairment report to Dept Head
13.Periodically review impairment and investment Policy and recommend changes for update
1.Attend Annual General Meetings for the investment Companies and submit report
2.where necessary conduct site visit – to assess the developments on ground
3.Prepare Presentations in English and Arabic on investments
4.Review the Investment impairment every quarter And submit impairment report to Dept Head
5.Periodically review impairment and investment Policy and recommend changes for update
